Congratulations, you’re engaged!  Paul Mara Jewellers takes great pride in the jewellery we sell and we’d like to help you preserve the sparkle and integrity of your engagement ring.  In order to keep your guarantee in good standing, you MUST present your diamond engagement ring for careful inspection by a staff member at Paul Mara Jewellers at least every six months.

By registering your diamond engagement ring with us,  we will send you a courtesy email reminder to bring your engagement ring in for its six month check up!  

Paul Mara Jewellers is not responsible for clients email settings which might send this reminder to a junk or spam folder.  

Failure to bring your ring in for its regular six month check up will void the warranty.

Service

We are proud to offer a comprehensive warranty on your diamond engagement ring. For the first 10 years from the date of purchase, all necessary repairs resulting from normal wear will be performed at no charge. After the initial 10-year period, you will continue to enjoy exceptional care, with all repairs on your engagement ring offered at an exclusive 50% discount off current retail pricing. To maintain the validity of this warranty, we require that you bring your ring in for a complimentary cleaning and inspection every six months. Failure to complete these inspections will accelerate your warranty to the post-10-year stage, at which point repairs will be eligible for the 50% discount only.

Please note: If two consecutive inspections are missed, the warranty will be void and you will lose eligibility of the 50% discount.

Loss or Damage

Our rings are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects for two years. We commit to replacing any chipped, broken or lost diamond for 50% of the retail value for 10 years after the date of purchase.

Diamond Upgrade Policy

Mined Diamonds
We proudly offer a lifetime trade-up program on your centre diamond. If you decide to upgrade, we will honour the full original purchase price of your diamond as credit toward a new jewellery item valued at least twice the original amount. To participate in this program, please present your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Lab-Grown Diamonds
Lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for our trade-up program. However, if you’re looking to increase the size of your beautiful lab-grown diamond, we’d be delighted to help you find the perfect larger stone and modify your existing setting to accommodate it. As a complimentary gesture, we’ll reset your original lab-grown diamond into a classic four-claw pendant in 14K white or yellow gold so you can continue to enjoy it in a new form.
