We have implemented measures to ensure social distancing and have limited the number of clients

 we allow in our store to no more than four at any given time.  

Clients without appointments will be welcomed in store and offered personal assistance as staff become available.  

These measures  will enable us to maintain social distancing and keep the high level of customer service you have come to expect from us at all times.

We understand everyone’s time is very important and we’d like to encourage you to make an appointment in advance so that you will not be left waiting outside the store.

We are also happy to arrange a Zoom appointment with you where one of our staff will work with you 

personally and once you have found something you’re interested in,  

we can send you a detailed quote,  with the option to pay online.  

We would be thrilled to gift wrap your purchase for you, 

with curb side pick up or free personal delivery

 to your work or home in the Greater Victoria area.

Our credit card machine and countertops are disinfected after each interaction with a client.

We have hand sanitizer available, please feel free to use it.

All door handles are frequently wiped down with disinfectant (inside and out).

We are a family business and we view our staff and clients like they are part of our family. 

With enhanced measures we want to ensure  transmission rates remain low or in decline.
